This is the second time we have used Bay Window for replacement, and both times the service has been excellent. We were informed throughout the process (purchase through installation) with regular check ins so we were not left what was going on with our installation. We have already noticed a huge difference in warmth and furnace running less since having the windows installed. Thanks again for the all around great service and product.

Windows look beautiful. Janusz is very knowledgeable and hardworking. All concerns were addressed immediately and professionally. He also worked very diligently and was very respectful. Janusz represents Northern Choice in a very professional and prompt manner. Everyone was very kind and addressed all questions within minutes. Quite impressed with your staff!.
